When the Alva Board of Education meets on Monday, they’ll consider employing two people for teaching positions. The board will meet in the Alva High School library at 5 p.m.
In addition to the two one-year teaching contracts, the school board will vote on rehiring a list of non-certified personnel.
They will vote on renewing several contracts and membership services. There will be action on the First Baptist Church request to use two school buses during July 25-30 to transport youth to and from Falls Creek in Davis, Oklahoma.
