Robert Franklin Cunningham was born in Alva, Oklahoma, to Frankie D. Cunningham and Shirley Gibson Cunningham on February 24, 1958, and passed from this life on May 31, 2022, at his home in Cherokee, Oklahoma. Robert lived in this area all his life.
