As Burlington City Clerk for 25 years, Marci Hyde said she receives many calls from residents and other area people who have questions on a myriad of topics. Most of them remark, “I figured if anybody would know, you would.” One more thing anyone who frequents Burlington's City Hall knows about Hyde: she'll have a smile and a jarful of yummy candy awaiting you.
