Bobbie was born, June 15, 1935, in Washington, Oklahoma, to Irene and Russell Allen, and passed from this life on June 9, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 86. He owned and operated White Electric as an electrician for 30 years in Cherokee, Oklahoma. In his younger days he was a custom harvester.

He had been married three times with the last being, Myrna Young, on November 30, 2000 in Miami.
