When law enforcement arrived on the scene of a reported domestic incident, they took conflicting witness statements. Eventually the man was arrested and taken to jail while the woman refused medical help but later agreed to be checked out.

Court records show on April 21 about 1:36 p.m. Alfalfa County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Mast was contacted by dispatch stating there was a domestic situation in progress at the home of Cody Dalrymple in Nescatunga.
