Airport Commission grants right-of-way for ODOT project

The Alva Airport Commission approved a large invoice for aviation fuel and a right-of-way easement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT). With three of five members present, they had a quorum. Chairman Dale Logsdon led the meeting with Terry Cline and Mayor Kelly Parker present. Absent were Paul Kinzie and Calleb Mosburg.
