Alva teen charged with burglary

 


An Alva teen is facing court charges after he allegedly forced his way into an apartment and attacked a 16-year-old with pliers.

Michael Austin Willhite, 18, of Alva, is charged with burglary in the first degree, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment for 7 to 20 years.

In addition, Willhite is charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery as well as one count of assault and battery, both misdemeanors. He is also charged with protective order violation, a misdemeanor.
