Kansas man charged in theft from farm

 


A Kansas man has been charged in Woods County with the oddly named crime of larceny of an implement of husbandry.

Court records show on May 31 about 7:21 p.m. Woods County Sheriff’s Deputy Dakota Davis was contacted by dispatch stating Steve Bouziden wanted to report farm equipment that had been stolen. Davis went to the property a half mile south of the intersection of Kiowa Road and County Road 440.

When Davis arrived, Bouziden was not there so he called him. Bouziden stated that a John Deere Gator and a fertilizer sprayer that sat in the bed of the Gator had been taken sometime between May...
