Man arrested near JCCC, charged with felonies

 


An Oklahoma City man is charged with four felony counts after he allegedly attempted to get contraband into James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) in Helena.

Daniel J. Goble, 44, of Oklahoma City, is charged with (1) conspiracy, (2) bringing contraband drugs into penal institution, (3) trafficking in illegal drugs and (4) unauthorized entry into prison, all felonies. The trafficking charge carries the highest penalty of imprisonment for 20 years, or a fine of $50,000 to $500,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.
