Nutrition and exercise for the over 50 group

 


Occasionally in this column, I’ll write about interesting books I have read. Sometimes the books are just for entertainment, and sometimes they provide useful information. A few months ago, I was intrigued by an article about a new book on healthy eating and exercise directed specifically to people over 50. Books on nutrition rarely have more than a few lines suggesting adaptations for people who have reached mid-life. This was an entire book on the subject.
