According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH), Alva currently has 15 people who have tested positive for Covid-19 and are still considered active cases. The report, released Thursday, June 23, does not list numbers of five and below in specific zip codes or cities. There are no cases listed for other Woods County communities. However, the report states in the past four weeks 23 people in Woods County have tested positive for Covid.
