Several items were declared as surplus by the Woods County Commissioners Monday morning. Present were Chairman Randy McMurphy, David Hamil and John Smiley.

After approving minutes of the last meeting, the commissioners started off with a resolution for “in kind work” for the Alva Swimming Pool project. They approved the resolution and signed letters of support for the project. The letters will be included in an application for a Land and Water Conservation grant.

The commissioners approved the court clerk’s monthly report of records management and preservation funds of $9,700.01.

They approved the certificate and municipal orders to county clerk and county treasurer of surety bonds filed with ACCO-SIG for Alfalfa, Blaine, Dewey, Harper, Major and Woodward counties. These bonds cover the part of the Northwest Technology Center money handled by the Woods County Treasurer.

The commissioners approved declaring a 2012 Dell computer from the assessor’s office as surplus and disposing of the equipment by junking it.

A green steel plat cabinet for the county clerk’s office was declared surplus and will be disposed of by way of trade. Easifile will give the county $1,000 credit to recycle the plat cabinet with Scribner Salvage.

Commissioners voted to declare a Zetron Max Solutions VOIP radio console for E-911 as surplus. It will be junked.

An HP laser jet printer M-608 cabinet from the court clerk’s office was declared as surplus. It will be disposed of as a trade to MIS State of Oklahoma.

The commissioners approved 15 annual subscriptions for E-911 with Zoho Corp. for $72 each for a total of $1,080. These are for use by E-911 employees for accessing information.

In final action, the commissioners approved blanket purchase orders.
