The Woods County Excise-Equalization Board elected officers during their meeting on July 20. Joe Shirley will remain as chairman, and Chris Olson will continue as vice-chairman. The third member of the board, Bob Seivert, was also present.

A list of temporary appropriations was re-approved. The board approved them earlier, but the auditor expects them to be approved again in the new fiscal year which began July 1.
