An inmate at James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) in Helena is facing a felony charge after an incident that occurred in March. Aaron Struble, 46, is charged with assault and battery on a police officer.
Court documents show the incident occurred on March 1. Three officers went to assist at a strip search in a restroom. As Cpl. Damian Rhodes was running to assist, he was kicked in the left knee by Aaron Struble, according to the affidavit.
