When a window air conditioner was removed from a rental house, the owner suggested previous renters were prime suspects.

Court papers show on Aug. 9 about 10:27 p.m. Woods County Dispatch contacted Deputy Sheriff Dakota Davis to report that Monty Long of Capron wanted to report a theft.
