The August Alva Chamber Community Coffee was held Friday morning at Northwest Technology Center (NWTC). REI Oklahoma sponsored the meeting and provided breakfast.

Chamber Executive Director Jodie Bradford Stevison first introduced Charlotte Hadwiger from NWTC who talked about Leadership Northwest Oklahoma. Established in 2009, it provides an opportunity for citizens of Woods and Alfalfa counties to participate in a civic and economic development leadership program.
