Last week my knee hurt and I couldn't walk. I got a shot that helped it some. Friday evening, I started to hurt in my lower back. The pain grew, so Saturday I went to the ER. After several tests it was determined I had a kidney stone. I had one a few years ago, and it wasn't the most fun I ever had. The doctor sent me home and said lots of fluids and it probably would pass. I had some Anacin and low-grade pain pills. They were some help, but if you want to have sympathy pains for me, have someone stab you in your kidney area with a sharp stick every 5 seconds.
