First Friday exhibit features Native American art

Sisters by Madelynn Byrd is part of the September display at Graceful Arts Gallery in Alva. The "Native American Visions" exhibt is featured during the First Friday Art Walk tonight 6-8 p.m.
The First Friday Art Walk in downtown Alva tonight kicks off this month's featured exhibit "Native American Visions" at Graceful Arts Gallery, 523 Barnes St. Native American artists include Michael Elizondo, George Levi, Halcyon Levi and Madelynn Byrd.
Rounding out the display are photographs by Jon Linder and paintings by David Holland. You'll also see some attractive pottery, wood carvings and other sculptural art on display. Refreshments will be served.
Several other places like Holder Drug and Lazy Coyote will be open late, as well as the Rialto Cinema.
