Simon and Garfunkel sang a song titled “The 59th Street Bridge Song” (Feelin’ Groovy), released in 1966. The premise of this song was to slow down and take life a little slower or a little more easy.

What a busy time of the year it is. School has just started, and the schedule is quickly getting filled up. Sometimes our lives seem to be going so fast that we often miss some very important events that could impact our lives in a positive way. Only when those events are past do we sometimes look back and say, “Darn, I missed that opportunity!”
