Nunez, Koster take home Week 1 GAC Player of the Week honors

ALVA, Oklahoma – Northwestern Oklahoma State Soccer opened their first week of the season going 2-0 with wins on Friday over Oklahoma Panhandle State and on Sunday over Newman University. The Ranger team was rewarded with two player of the week winners as the GAC announced Wednesday afternoon.
Senior Abby Nunez won offensive player of the week following her performance this past weekend. While transfer Maggie Koster earned goalkeeper of the week following her performance in the win over Newman.
Nunez scored in both games this season with two goals in the season opener including the game winner...
