All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Alfalfa County Courthouse. Felony Filings

Phillip Ray Kight, Sayre, 73, has been charged with four counts of sexual abuse-child under 12. ($1,311)

Traffic Citations

Jose Antonio Altman, Tulsa, has been cited for failure to obey traffic control device. (249)

Luis Martinez-Leal, Moscow, Kansas, has been cited for violations driver’s license restriction. ($249)

Luis Martinez-Leal, Moscow, Kanssas, has been cited for unauthorized driving left of center w/m 100 of intersection. ($249)

Stephen Edward Reese, Cherokee, has been cited for transporting open container – alcohol. ($374)

Dustin Reese, Cherokee, has been cited for transporting open container – alcohol. ($374)

David Komarek, Great Bend, Kansas, has been cited for transport load without permit. ($706.50)

Cayden Miller Smith, Burleson, Texas, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit. ($100)

Shawn Michael Streck, Merrillville, Indiana, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit. ($100)

William Austin Brown, Amarillo, Texas, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit. ($100)

David Nathaniel Grant, Enid, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit. ($100)

Brady Andrew Ricke, Alva, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit. ($100)

The following individuals were cited with not wearing seatbel ($20): Stephen Edward Reese, Cherokee; Dustin Reese, Cherokee.
