Following the mass shooting this spring at Uvalde, Texas, elementary school with delayed and controversial law enforcement response, Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt told his team, "We do not want that to happen in Oklahoma."
Stitt demonstrated his administration's innovation when he was a panelist at the 14th Annual Steamboat Institute Freedom Conference, discussing a commonsense plan to secure the nation's schools from mass shooters.
