Tuesday, Aug. 23, the Burlington School Board of Education met for a special morning meeting that lasted just under 30 minutes. President Robert Hill called the meeting to order with five board members present: Lindsey Callison, Terry Graham, Robert Hill, April Kisling, T.J. Rockenbach:
