Rainy days are some of my favorite days. I love the smell of rain, the fresh cool weather that it brings. At times I feel like a good rain storm is God's way of just washing things clean.

Yet the reason why rainy days are my favorite days is due to my childhood memories. Normally a rainy day meant my father would stay home from work and we would get to spend time together as he rested. My father was, and still is, a very hard worker. There were few times that he would miss a day of work.
