HAYS, Kansas – Northwestern Oklahoma State Soccer traveled to Hays, Kansas, for the season's first road game after three straight at home. Fort Hays struck late in the first half to take a 1-0 lead over the Rangers. The Tigers went on to shut the Rangers out in the second half to hold onto the 1-0 victory.

Northwestern with the loss suffered their first of the season and fell to 2-1-1 on the 2022 season while Fort Hays State improved to 3-0-1.
