The Woods County Industrial Development Authority meeting looked a little different this time, as the seat of now-retired longtime member and chair Rick Cunningham sat empty. Though he was missed, board members Randy McMurphy, Stan Kline, Connor Martin and Melissa Fisher had to continue with business.
