Dear Alva Public Schools Community,

This week's update centers on the Resources Goal Area. The resource goal area is led by Mrs. Tucker and myself. The community and staff representatives in the area are Kay Decker and Gena Denton. This goal area has two main objectives:

1. Improve Facilities

2. Align School Finances to Strategic Plan.

This goal area has three initiatives that are designed to help in the achievement of the above mentioned objectives. The first initiative is a capital improvement plan, the second is a district technology plan, and the final initiative is budget alignment.
