Charges were filed Sept. 27 on thefts that were reported in 2021 in Alfalfa County.
Court documents show on June 1, 2021, Colton Castle reported his Polaris Ranger ATV had been stolen from his barn at US-64 and County Road 690. Castle said he left his ATV at the barn the previous night. Shortly after, Castle called back and stated he had located his ATV nearby at the intersection of Craig Road and County Road 680.
