Alfalfa County Commissioner Mike Roach didn't miss much at Monday's meeting. While he was out for surgery (and will be for a few weeks), the other two commissioners, Jay Hague and Marvin Woodall, were joined by Laura Dugger, Roach's substitute during his absence.

Hague and Woodall were the only two who could sign documents, and they started with the previous meeting minutes, blanket purchase orders and M&O payment warrants.

They moved on to sign an engagement letter for Alfalfa County Educational Facilities Authority for Burlington School and then voted to let County Clerk Laneta Schwerdtfeger...
