Enid man charged in theft of firearm, controlled substances

An Enid man has been charged with burglary in Alfalfa County following a report by a homeowner.

Daniel Everett Baxley, 36, of Enid, has been charged with burglary in the second degree and with larceny, burglary or theft of controlled dangerous substance. Both charges are felonies. The first charge is punishable by imprisonment for up to seven years. The second is punishable by 10 years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.
