Vermillion appointed to Woods County EMS Board

Monday morning, the Woods County commissioners accepted the resignation of Joe Phillips from the Woods County EMS Board. He served as secretary of the board as one of five people appointed by the commissioners.
After accepting the resignation, the commissioners approved the appointment of Lisa Vermillion to replace Phillips. Commissioner Randy McMurphy said he talked with Vermillion and was convinced she was a good choice.
In addition to McMurphy, Commissioners David Hamil and John Smiley were also at the meeting.
