Avard Rail Park Authority hashes out grant projects

Avard Regional Rail Park Authority members discussed water infrastructure and American Rescue Plan Act federal funds at length during their meeting last Tuesday. Stan Bixler, Ed Sutter, Allan Poe and Todd Holder (who joined remotely a little later) were pressed for time due to the impending loss of a quorum. (Poe had a speaking engagement to go to.) Randy McMurphy, Shelley Reed and (remotely) Sonja Williams attended the meeting, along with Jill Shero and Josh McClintock of Emblem Strategies.
