Who can believe it's already Halloween?
That means it's time for Kiowa's Fall Fest where you see witches, goblins and cute little characters scurrying up and down Main Street. The fun begins this Sunday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m. Wear your Halloween costume and enter the contest for age divisions from tiny tots to adults. You can carve a pumpkin and make it scary, pretty or comical. You can also decorate the outside of the pumpkin – no carving mess. Just be creative.
