The Alva Board of Education met at Lincoln Elementary School instead of their usual location at the high school. Walking into Lincoln’s library, it was evident that the floor had quite a slope. The table where board members sat to look at their laptops had a leg propped up by a book to straighten the slant. That’s one of the problems board members were there to observe. At the end of the meeting, they took a tour of building to look at priority issues.
