With the design phase of the swimming pool and bath-house complete, the Alva Parks and Recreation Board is moving forward with plans for the Hatfield Park area. In order to qualify for future grants, a master plan is needed. This master plan will map the current facilities at the park, the location of waterlines and other utilities, and any historical sites. The master plan will also include future expansion of facilities, playground equipment, etc.
