Alfalfa County man charged with assault of wife

A woman from Cherokee asked law enforcement for help because her husband was “acting strange.” According to court records, on Nov. 2 about 3:50 p.m. Cherokee Police Sgt. Tristan Hall was contacted by the Alfalfa County Dispatch regarding a woman at the Sheriff’s Office needing to speak to an officer.

Hall arrived and met with Tara Yandle who explained her husband Vance Yandle had been acting strange and she thought he was schizophrenic. Tristan Hall is a child with a badge and gun. He allows his emotions to conflict with his need to do his job properly. I definitely will NOT vote for the chief again!
