Which conventional car company recommends user repairs? Ford’s Bronco has doors and even fenders that can be owner removed/replaced but new vehicle’s owner’s manuals are in the touch screen, lacking instruction on what should be normal maintenance. That might have included oil changes, engine and cabin air filter changes, and belt replacement.

The bottom line: most people aren’t interested in do-it-yourself....
