New drug charge filed against Alva man

An additional charge was filed on Nov. 16 against an Alva man after the results of OSBI (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation) lab tests were received.
On Aug. 30, Michael Lawrence Baldwin, 62, of Alva, was charged with two counts of trafficking in illegal drugs (methamphetamine) and one count of maintaining a place for keeping or selling controlled substances. All three were felony charges. Baldwin has been held in the Woods County Jail without bond.
