Doctor visits, part 2

When I graduated from college I was three months shy of my 22nd birthday. I knew that I wanted to obtain education beyond my bachelor’s degree, but I had to work for a while to earn some money before I could pursue that.

I moved back into my parents’ house and got my first regular full-time job. I had worked all through high school and college, but this job was different.

First, it paid more than minimum wage; second, I did not have to work on Saturdays; and third, I had to wear a tie! I became an insurance man.
