Woods County commissioners hold special meeting

The Woods County commissioners held a special meeting last Wednesday, Dec. 21, in place of the meeting set for this Wednesday. David Hamil, Randy McMurphy and John Smiley were all present for the meeting.
The commissioners rescinded Dec. 19 action and voted to recommend to ODOT the selection of Circuit Engineering District 8 (CED#8) as the construction manager for a District 3 Project #29822(04). They also rescinded Dec. 19 action on ODOT Project #30492(08) for District 1 making CED#8 their recommendation as construction manager.
