Alva woman taken to hospital after wreck

An Alva driver was taken to a hospital following an accident in Grant County. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that Gladys L. Williams, 56, of Alva, was not injured in the wreck but was ill. Medford EMS transported her to Stillwater Medical in Blackwell where she was admitted in stable condition with no known injuries from the incident.
The wreck occurred on Friday, Dec. 30, at 8:24 a.m. on OK-11, three-tenths of a mile west of County Road 1040. The location is approximately four miles west of Deer Creek.
