"Tucker" is a relief print by Hannah Gregory of Vici, a student at Seiling Junior-Senior High School. The Tour de Quartz display at Graceful Arts Gallery this month features student work from the 2022 Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute.
Talented students are featured in this month's exhibit at the Graceful Arts Gallery in Alva. The Tour de Quartz features work by students who participated in the 2022 Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute. Students learn different methods such as wood carving used to make relief prints, painting and photography. Each student's work is represented by one piece in the tour which travels across the state.
The gallery also has paintings by Wes Newton and David Holland, wood carvings by Mike Wagar and sculptures by Nancy Russell on display. They feature books by regional authors such as Sheldon Russell as...
