All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Woods County Courthouse. Felony Filings

Miguel Angel Beraza, Arkansas City, Kansas, 28, has been charged with burglary, second degree. ($402.75)

Brady Austin Davis, Marietta, 20, has been charged with DUI. ($1,097.75)

Civil Filings

Pennymac Loan Services LLC, Westlake Village, California, vs. Hugo A. Correa, Martha C. Correa and Occupants of the premises: foreclosure for an amount $10,001 or more. ($272.14)

Gregg Glass, Alva, and Donnell Glass, Alva, vs. Bonnie M. Garnett, Norman, Julie D. Garnett-Wren, Norman, and Blake Garnett, Alva: injunction. ($272.14)
