The Northwest Oklahoma Concert Series wants you to join them on Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m. in the Herrod Hall for an evening of Vivaldi featuring Cecilia's Muse of the Enid Symphony Orchestra, featuring soloists Caroline Cox Turek on violin and NWOSU flute professor Victoria Moriera on piccolo.
The program will present the iconic music of Italian-Baroque composer Antonio Vivaldi. The concert will open with his Concerto for Piccolo, performed by Victoria Moreira under the direction of Maestro Douglas Newell. Listeners will then enjoy Vivaldi's masterpiece, “The Four Seasons,” in its entirety,...
