Funeral services for Dr. Troy Smith will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2023, at the First United Methodist Church with Pastor Katie Hill officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home. There will be a visitation with family present on Thursday, January 26, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Troy Lee Smith, son of the late Lawrence Russell and Bonnie Ruth (Minton) Smith, was born January 5, 1954, at Liberal, Kansas, and passed away January 20, 2023, at Oklahoma City at the age of 69 years and 15 days.
