Etiquette first 4-H event

On Sunday afternoon, Feb. 12, 15 4-H members were treated to a pre-Valentine's formal dinner at The Runnymede courtesy of the Cultural Enrichment Committee of the Woods County OHCE. Charlotte Hadwiger, Business and Industry Services director, Northwest Technology Center, provided members with tips for introductions and handshakes.

The group then moved to tables where they learned rules for formal dining. Hadwiger provided the group with dining etiquette rules on being seated, using a napkin, navigating the numerous silverware and plate options and many other helpful pieces of information. T...
