State Question 820 will be on the ballot in a statewide election March 7. Oklahoma voters are being asked to vote on whether or not to legalize the recreational use of marijuana for those 21 years of age and older.

This measure, if passed, will allow Oklahomans to use medical dispensaries as the source of obtaining marijuana, but there will not be a need for the medical card requirement for those 21 years of age and older. Those under 21 will still be required to acquire a medical card and abide by medical marijuana rules and regulations.
