SB194 would require appointed Land Office secretary to be vetted, approved by Senate

We're already coming up on the first big deadline for the session – all bills that were introduced here in the Senate must be heard by March 2 in order to be considered on the floor. Bills not heard by the committee deadline, or by the floor deadline on March 23, are basically dormant until next year.
