Cherokee man injured in wreck

A man from Cherokee was injured in a rollover crash in Garfield County Wednesday. Daniel W. Drew, 39, of Cherokee, was transported by AirEvac to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was admitted in stable condition with a back injury.
The wreck occurred at 2:58 p.m. at OK-132 and Blaine Road, approximately two miles northwest of Hillsdale in Garfield County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Drew was driving a 2013 Chevy Silverado pickup southbound on OK-132 approaching Keowee. His pickup departed the roadway to the right into the west ditch and overcorrected. The vehicle went in...
