Stephen Jones to speak at NWOSU March 24

Enid attorney Stephen Jones, the defense counsel for Timothy McVeigh who was charged with the bombing of the Alfred P Murrah Building in Oklahoma City in 1995, will speak at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 24, in the Ranger Room of the Student Center at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. The public is invited to attend.
Jones will be discussing the challenges of providing a fair trial while the media practices freedom of the press in reporting it. His visit is sponsored by the media law and ethics class, which is part of the mass communications program at NWOSU.
